Lancashire Mind’s vision is Mental Wellbeing for All. We aim to:

• Build resilience, wellbeing and knowledge of mental health - working with children to build resilience from an early age and encouraging people to value and take care of their mental health

• Help people overcome barriers to wellbeing – providing 1-to-1 support for people at risk of developing a mental health condition

• Help people achieve and maintain recovery from poor mental health - providing housing and supporting people with a mental health condition to return to independent living

• Influence and develop partnerships to improve the mental health of Lancashire

We believe that supporting mental health and improving mental wellbeing in the workplace is everybody's business; and we work closely with employers to provide a range of support options and interventions regardless of the organisation's size or resources to raise awareness, challenge stigma and improve wellbeing in workplaces across Lancashire.
